Texxi is a British transport technology company developing the Transit Exchange for the 21st century, making shared travel practical, affordable and responsive to demand. Its origins lie in a credit contagion algorithm developed in 2003 for a Connecticut hedge fund, later adapted to coordinate shared transport.

By filling empty seats, it helps customers save money, operators optimise fleet capacity and communities reduce congestion—creating a five-way Pareto win.
